During my first pregnancy I used Lansinoh disposable nursing pads so the second time around I decided to try to save some money and use reusable nursing pads. So glad I did and so glad I got them. They have worked great for me. They are a good size. My breastfeeding cup size was "C" and I felt they provided adequate coverage. I've worn them in a nursing bra and have never had a problem with them falling out. Sometimes I had to rearrange them, but nothing serious, for the most part they stayed in place. They are soft and stay soft whether I wash them by hand or in the machine. They have survived the 15 months that I have been breastfeeding well. There is some pilling on the bottom but I expect as much as I wash them (at least once a week). They took my leak very well. I remember them leaking a few times, but I had a few leaks through disposable pads during my first pregnancy. It was in the beginning when my milk was regulated. After that I had no more problems. Couldn't be happier with it and I'll probably get a few more when I breastfeed again.
