I've used this a few times and done a good job but not without flaws. I wanted this for my soldiers as I tend to shave but hate the bumps I've been developing lately. I thought of Naira and it was suggested almost the same day as my thought. I first tried it on a small spot under my chin and it didn't sting. I then tried it on the chin and it didn't sting but it didn't remove the hair very well but I didn't care as it wasn't intended for that purpose. I then tried it on my lower sideburns, which seemed to be getting bigger and bigger. I waited 10 minutes but the cream seemed to dry out, I added more and scraped off a small amount and very little hair came out so I applied more cream and waited a few minutes. However when I applied more cream to wait a few minutes my skin said it had had enough and it burned. I removed it immediately. My skin didn't burn much, but I felt a burning sensation for several hours. I tried it on myself and got the same results, after 10-11 minutes my skin started to burn. As a result, I had burn marks that healed in a few days. I don't consider myself an owner of sensitive skin, but it burned me. It only removed about 80% of the hair and worst of all I didn't have a lot of hair to begin with. So, it was a bummer. I'm not sure I didn't get great results because I didn't have a lot of hair to work with. I mainly worked with new growth no more than an inch long (fluffy tangles). I definitely couldn't wait a few more minutes as instructed if you don't get good results within the first 8-10 minutes. The burn was fatal, however, as it left me with cuts and burn marks. I'm not sure I'll try to use this again. I'll come back to this idea in a few weeks. I was really disappointed that not all my hair was removed. However, in the area where the hair was completely removed, my skin became silky smooth and I really like the result. I don't recommend going past the 10 minute mark and be prepared not to remove all of the hair.
