Adhesive mount works great! I ordered the adhesive mount because I bought a new Vantrue N4 3ch DVR and the mirror mount I used with my N2 Pro was made before the N4 so unfortunately they are not compatible. The reason for their incompatibility is that the new N4 has a third camera that plugs into the power port on the N4 and the power cord plugs into the power port on the suction cup base. This caused me a problem as I was using a portless mirror mount instead of a suction cup base with the required power connector. I had to use a mirror mount because the suction cup base doesn't work for me as I live in Chicago and therefore experience both extreme cold and extreme heat. This used to cause problems with all suction cup items so I used a mirror mount. I emailed Vantrue and they were able to help me and suggested using an adhesive mount. So far the glue is working great.
