The shirt fits. However, I was disappointed with the flimsy built-in collar posts. They are very thin and do not hold the collar in place. You can actually see it on stock photos. It gets worse when you tighten your tie. Maybe a seamstress can find a replacement. You'd be better off with a removable insert, so have a preference. Just my opinion.
