A HOOK-CAUSE! in champagne glasses
I finally gave up and bought plastic glasses for our annual New Year's Eve party, thinking plastic would be easier to work with than glass. As midnight approached, we began pouring champagne and sparkling cider with over 70 guests. We found that the flutes were leaking. When we lifted it, a jet of liquid came out at the bottom (see video). It was a huge mess and a waste of drinks. Thank goodness we had enough extra drinks and real glasses. We tried to water again and accommodate everyone. I want my money back.
