Received mine in March, everything was great. A few months later, the left earphone's volume keeps dropping. I took really good care of him so nothing bad happened to him and I didn't even flood him with water. There is probably something wrong with the wire and I know for sure that the wire was not pulled at all for this to happen. I ended up replacing it with a similar model and had no problems. TO UPDATE. Support has reached out to resolve this issue. They were helpful with several emails back and forth trying to find a solution.
