The team at bs is knowledgeable about all things legal - tax, employment agreements or IPOs for example. They are also very good people who care deeply what happens next after you have signed your paperwork. I always felt that we had someone looking out fo us when dealing w/the attorneys but sometimes there was some lag time between our request & them responding (e-mails). If something happened quickly then great! But if not -- don't wait too long because another lawyer will step up. Working through issues related to mergers of two businesses during extremely fast moving times such as those experienced post COVID has been challenging. Getting answers right away while keeping everyone safe became paramount which didn’t happen well enough before this pandemic hit so now its even harder since many firms aren’t working remotely anymore due to safety concerns.
