These were the toughest bike tires I have ever put on a bike, I broke the plastic lever and they are very unbalanced so will need to be adjusted on the rim if this is the case. Maybe. I'm afraid if I ever went downhill I wouldn't be able to get the tire off the rim without damaging the tube and that would be quite difficult. They appear warped and at speed they vibrate and have noticeable wobble. I think I'll return these tires, see what LBS says this morning. The first store couldn't fit the tires properly and tried to sell tires with Kevlar beads for $90 each. After a major puncture and another, even shakier ride, I tried another garage in town, which installed both tires correctly in minutes. I pray they never rot as I can't reassemble them
