Nothing to say. These are colorful cable clips. I use them when repairing a bike on brake cables and shifter cables to keep the ends of the cut wires from fraying and scratching me. They can be tricky to put on the wire, but once crimped they stay in place. With their help I repair a children's, men's and my own bike (my daughter loves pink). I have lots of these left over as you usually only need a few at a time but sometimes they get mixed up so I now have a lifetime supply of these. Overall this is a good product that you can get for pennies or free at a bike shop, but I own my own bike shop so it's nice to have on hand.
