They are better than sliced bread! They easily slide over your cables and stay in place and also easily detach to remove the cable if you unscrew it without damaging the ends. Easy and cheap. Should apply to most.

Not only do they do the job, they look good too. I also like that they can be removed without cutting the cable and then reattached without damage. This is of course a small detail, but it completes the overall picture of the bike.

These spade lugs work, but I expected them to slide over the cable so easily that the individual cable threads remain perfect. Unfortunately, the rubber part at the end is too tight for this, so after detaching the tip, the end of the cable can be ruined for further use.

Okay, cable clamps aren't the most exciting thing and they usually come in two categories: cheap or polished items that aren't likely to bleed on your next ride. Nothing to say. These are colorful cable clips. I use them when repairing a bike on brake cables and shifter cables to keep the ends of the cut wires from fraying and scratching me.
