Review on πŸͺ€ MAGICYOYO Silencer Aluminum6061 Unresponsive Stainless Yoyo by Charles Parente

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A great intermediate yo-yo, but the reviewer tends to babble on.

First, it's an unresponsive yo-yo (if that's the only review you read). This means you have to do a trick to get the yo-yo back, not just pull the string. Great for advanced tricks and training, terrible for looping. I liked it very much; This is my first unresponsive yo-yo and it took a while to learn how to bind, but it led straight to learning other, more brilliant tricks. If it gets stuck it will sleep for a ridiculous amount of time (I personally haven't spotted it as I usually swing it on a rope and drop it) so you've got a few tries to learn how to mount it. The finish is good too; I hit the ceiling with it several times and the splinters bounced off immediately. Don't tell my wife. I chose this yoyo for two main reasons: 1) The price was great based on the reviews I read. 2) It didn't lie to me. I'll go into #2 a bit: Several other products I've researched were very vague on the skill level required or even had reviews that suggested people took this as a kid's first yoyo and the kid none had problems. . . I find these claims dubious at best. No such claims were made, "Unrequited" in the product name, and the only thing that could be misleading was the image of a yo-yo in front of a mountain (hint, it doesn't spin long enough). climb the mountain). For what it's worth: I bought this to play with while my 5 year old studies with his cheap yoyo sleeve based novelty. Don't let this or any other unresponsive device become your child's first yo-yo. In addition, when buying a yo-yo for a child, you should choose the appropriate size of rope. This is a great site for tips on getting started:[.]
