Converting the cassettes to digital was no easy feat

I bought these primarily to record the contents of the cassettes with a tape recorder on my MacBook Air. The downloaded software didn't work, neither did the CD that came with it. After speaking to their support team several times over the course of a few days, they gave me a link to the software which ended up working. Sorry I don't have that link handy! Otherwise, it's a good, basic player.
