I bought 4 of these pills and sent them to my family in the Caribbean. Due to COVID-19, children have to study at home and the government has not provided a laptop or tablet. The tablets I bought and shipped are not charged and cannot be used while charging. They are thin and get hot when charging. It's such a disappointment. I can't even send them back because shipping back to the US from Trinidad would be too expensive. I don't understand how Amazon could rip off this seller like that. Revain used to care about its reputation and made sure only the highest quality products were sold on its website. Now I'm stuck on these 4 pills and the kids still can't do their homework. Depressing!
