Although I understand that I did not buy fine jewelry, I expected something much better. This was supposed to be a gift for a friend who has a Valentine's Day birthday, I will NEVER give them to anyone! They arrived in a black box that was actually meant for a ring, not earrings. Inside was a small plastic bag containing earrings, the back of which had been torn off and were lying loose in the package. The pins for the earrings were badly bent and when I tried to straighten them it was too easy to bend and warp. They're so soft and pliable that simply putting them on the back can bend them when you're trying to fit them into your ears.
