One of the reasons I bought this Wanbasion set was its variety and price. I've cut tomatoes almost like paper with a chef's knife, the serrated santuku knife was awesome, the cheese didn't stick to the blade, I'd grabbed the utility knife and sliced and peeled medium sized foods with ease, and then sliced sourdough breads effortlessly with a bread knife. The 8 inch chef's knife has the perfect arc for cross cutting. Although I have not butchered a turkey with this knife I can tell you that it is very sharp and well made and balanced. One of the best things about this set is that they also come with a sheath for each blade, perfect for camping or just protecting your kitchen drawer. The scratch protection is great too and actually stands up to some abuse. You can't beat them for the money and I would recommend trying them out.
