I am writing this review after 3 weeks from the memory of other reviews. The heating works perfectly. The cord was long enough to go from the middle of the bed to the knees and to the top corner. It was on a big bed. The light is difficult to see and has no degrees on the thermostat control. What I don't care if it's warm just stop, if it's cold just turn it on until the light comes on. I remembered someone saying it took three weeks to heat up their waterbed. Connect a garden hose adapter to your sink and fill your bed with warm water. This is a small heating pad that reduces the magnetic field. One thing that happened is that it didn't come with a repair kit and a refill kit. I got another one and none came with it. I just got a discount. Enjoy
