I love this mattress! It fits perfectly on the bottom of our Pack and Play! There is no gap, it fits like a glove! Super soft and has a protective look so you are protected from leaks and spills on bottles and everything else. I bought this to use in our bedroom for our 1 1/2 year old because even though he has his own cot we weren't willing to move him out of our room and the cot is so huge that it doesn't fit next to our bed. I also bought a mattress topper for the crib and it was perfect too! I didn't want to put the sheet directly over it because of the protective layer on the outside for fear it would be uncomfortable. I used the in-game leaflet as a box-like feather item under my mattress, bought some minky throws and some jersey sheets, and now I want to sleep in them! He slept in it for the first time, and it was the best night's sleep he's had in a long time (Be aware that he's also ill and moody and still slept wonderfully!)
