UPDATE: Junk. I wish I had heeded the warnings about how difficult it is to get replacement filters. I ordered one just under two weeks ago, got a tracking confirmation a week ago, but it turns out it never shipped. They called and heard a dubious song and dance about filters being stuck on a cargo ship in the Pacific, and trying to get an estimated time of arrival only resulted in my head being bitten off. I paid $300 for an air purifier with a faulty sensor, then another $70 for the required replacement filter, but ended up getting screwed by "customer service". All species are not. I researched for several weeks before deciding on this cleaner. Setup was easy and everything worked perfectly. The light dimming function at night is wonderful. Unfortunately, after just one week, the almost exclusively blue sensor light with brief green components turned red and stayed red. I frantically searched for the source of this, for something burning or some other explanation. I ended up calling the company and found that some of the devices had faulty sensors. They offered to send a detail and a link to a video on the installation but I'm playing around. It's not cheap and having to do the repairs yourself so quickly makes me think. I'll think about it later in the day but I'm leaning toward a refund. Return to the drawing board. Pooh.
