I am an avid jerky lover. I needed a great looking product that also does its job easily to use and easy to program. The Maxi-Matic Elite Platinum EFD-313B Digital Food Dehydrator exceeded my expectations, delivering excellent jerky in about 5.5 hours. I'm very concerned that they designed this model with BPA-free stainless steel frames, which were very easy to clean by hand with a non-abrasive sponge, had an adjustable timer, and have a wonderful shut-off feature when finished. This product is really worth the money I paid. The Maxi-Matic support team is really great when you need help, they are respectful and really care about customer service. The device is very quiet. I think you must trust this wonderful product as I use it weekly to make jerky. Enjoy!
