I have just purchased a DeLonghi EW7707 Radiator Heater and I can only say that it is excellent. I have a terraced house and the basement, where my child likes to play and we all watch TV, is usually very cold in the winter compared to the floors above. The basement is big and has a staircase, but this not so big heater keeps it very warm (between 68 and 70 degrees). What I do is set it to high without running ComforTemp and then when the temp is about 68 I lower the thermostat until it clicks and then hit the ComforTemp switch. I also put a fan next to it, but pointed it towards the ceiling to speed up the heating. This speeds up the circulation of cold and warm air, allowing the heater to do its job. Since I don't have a garage, on first use I started with a vacant space and as recommended at max speed (don't hit ComforTemp) for 4 hours plus. Very little deck odor and now perfect. Too bad I didn't buy earlier. Update: Now, after reaching the desired temperature, I can let go on average (800W) and keep the basement just as warm. Good product.
