This soap is very thick and doesn't pump well with our reusable pumps. We usually use Mrs. Meyers and we've never had this problem, so I think the amount of guar added to this mix is too high. Another, much more serious problem is that the soap has caused dry skin in two members of my family and in me it has caused a scaly (not red) skin reaction similar to sunburn. I noticed that there are two different types of sodium chloride added to this formula, while most soaps use a small amount of sodium hydroxide instead. Both are caustic to sensitive skin, but I find that this formula probably contains too much sodium chloride for people with sensitive skin. In any case, we had to stop using it after a week of daily use and I don't recommend it.
