Bought the flashlights from Orange Box a few years ago. They sold out and were not sold again the following year. I needed more to fill the tree. I love these lightbulbs, nice little flickering lights. My original sets were a warm yellow compared to the bright whites sold across from them in stores. This set is a bright yellow light. They would have been fine on their own. With my current kits this is very obvious. (The picture doesn't show it very well.) The cords on my original are standard Christmas tree green. These are black cords. Works, just not perfect for wood. The controls and options are good. I prefer my original remote, it's a button on the bottom. But it works and remembers my choice. The line length is great. I have a tree over 9 feet. I think I need two and a half of these for full coverage. They stay cool even after hours of use. Overall I would buy them again. I just would have liked a softer yellow.
