Review on LG Electronics 3485ED1002B Dishwasher Assembly by Eric Cooper

My LG D/W stopped cleaning my top shelf less than 2 years after purchase. Over the next 2 years I noticed that nothing gets cleaned unless I wash it fully first. I've used Pot Scrub, Extra Rinse Heat and nothing worked. How painful! I spoke to LG, they said it was detergent, clogged hands, hard water. All the standard nonsense that didn't make sense. I fought it and was ready to pull it out and throw it in the landfill. As a last resort, a friend said it might be a pump assembly, so I decided to try a sump assembly. WOW! no matter! My dishes were clean the first time. Both the top and bottom shelves were immaculate. I am happy again with my dishwasher. Additive. It's been over a month now and the dishwasher washes my dishes perfectly. Couldn't be happier. Now it works as it should from the factory. To mark
