Excellent customer service! Super easy exchange. The original strap was too small so customer service sent me a replacement that was larger before I even got my return in the mail. Wonderful. So far my experience with the helpdesk has been amazing, although I have a comment on the post itself. The size chart in the original post is a bit misleading. The size shown is actually the true measurement from the buckle to the first hole, not waist size 2, very different measurements. Anyone with a waist measurement under 40 should definitely order 50 to avoid problems with returns or exchanges. I'm 44 and 46 (buy one size up as recommended) was too small. I just touched the spikes somewhere near the first hole. Definitely doesn't fit the waist. 50 is the ideal size around the center of the hole. Changed the 50's belt and it fits perfectly. Customer service was a breeze. Belts are beautiful, new. Seems solid enough although I will upgrade it with every wear. I'm always impressed by the reversible buckle. I've had a couple of mishaps where they broke with minimal use shortly after purchase. I'll update the post after a few months of hacking. So far, so good.
