I took several of these t-shirts to keep warm and protect from sunburn. So far they've chilled me well up to 90 degrees, so they're good on that part. The problem is that after wearing these shirts for the first time, they began to discolor on the sleeves where you wiped the sweat. Therefore I cannot recommend this shirt. at least not in carbon heather.
