decoy tactics; Just buy a 10 pack

TL:DR - 10 pack is great, 200 pack is rubbish. Not these earplugs. Subtle difference in photos, big difference in comfort/performance. I'm writing this at 4:30 am because I'm awake from these utterly useless earbuds. After struggling with another crappy brand of earbuds that were too big/uncomfortable I bought them in a pack of 10 just to see how they perform. To be honest they were amazing. I really thought my sleep problems were finally over. They were comfortable and blocked snoring like sleep. Of course I was wrong when I thought that a 200 pack would be just as good as a 10 pack, since most manufacturers have a concept such as the consistency of the product. In typical bait and swap fashion, a pack of 200 is complete crap. I tried 6 different pairs tonight and all are absolute rubbish to varying degrees. They block little noise EXCEPT the most important thing they are designed to block, loud snoring within 2ft of my head. A 10 pack blocked this why not 200? Oh, probably because they're different earbuds! The 200-pack ones are thinner, harder, tapered knives that pierce the eardrum, shitwoods that bend the tragus. Adding to their ineffectiveness, they feel like you've stuck champagne corks in your ear canals, making them too painful to hold for more than 5 minutes. It's incredibly frustrating that the company doesn't make a consistent product between packs of 10 and 200, and it seems like they are intentionally making a lower quality product if you've been fooled by the convenience and efficiency of a small pack. I would like my money back for a pack of 200 but I think this is part of a scam. If you really want to sleep, just do yourself a favor and stick to the 10 pack. Obviously you get what you pay for with this company and you will end up screwing up if you try to take the "value" path. Now I've got a $30 garbage bag and I'm awake bragging about it.
