I bought this brush to use for dry brushing to stimulate drainage of my lymphatic system. It's easy to use, very soothing and I know my lymphatic system is draining much better. I no longer have "puffs" under my arms - now I have "pits". Since I use it right before the shower, it is also great as a peeling. I love it so much I've ordered a second one to give to my sister!
