I bought this with all the good reviews After spending almost $200 I thought it would be a good device. Due to my busy schedule, I did not open the box for several months. When I did this the item looked like it had been returned and had already been used. I bought a massager for my girlfriend who complained about pain because it always works. I thought it would be a good product for her. After using it twice, my girlfriend didn't like it. I didn't like using it because it also vibrated in my hands causing me to stop massaging them sometimes. I have a one month return policy so I'm sticking with this unit. The massager is on the shelf. If anyone is interested I will sell it for a good price.
