One thing they forgot to think about is the incense sticks. The sticks don't have some sort of wire at the beginning end so when you do place one in the hole, it will burn down all the way until the bottom until you literally cant take out whatever is left. The rest will stay stuck and won't come out so i can't use the incense sticks anymore because they wont hold up. Smell and everything else is great just wish i knew earlier and i wouldn't have used the sticks provided.
