I like how easy it is for our IT department to manage this product, as well as all of their other products. It gives us an overview of everything in one place, which makes management easier than if we had to look at multiple places. The only thing I don't really love about this system is that sometimes you have to wait to get your alerts back from them after they are sent out. If there was more information given before they send it out, then maybe people would be less frustrated when they realize what happened but didn't receive any alert notification. We use this product with many different vendors/ISVs so having one central location to see all things related to each vendor helps us keep track of issues quicker.
