Update:3/2022 PowerLocus continues to be the master at customer service. I order a lot of items on ebay and their customer service is by far the best and most consistent. Yet again they were able to assist with replacing another set of headphones I purchased and the replacement came in record time. I wish more companies could operate like them!Im here to write a testimonial in regards to this company and how great they are in regards to their customer service. Please do understand im a customer who is hard to please and no they didn't offer me anything to write this review. I work in customer service as well and just wanted to give them the credit where due, the same way if I had recieved bad customer service, I would have promptly written a bad one.Ok here is my little story, my daughter got these headphones for her birthday in May. She raved about how great they are and would walk around the house with then on constantly as if they had been permanently attached to her head! I mean she loved these headphones period! But alas one fine day she fell asleep with them on and forgot to but them away (because yes! She would often sleep in them too with no problems) and her baby brother got to them. I needn't say what happened next. She was devastated about her headphones now being rendered useless. I scanned the QR code on the warranty card and followed the email instructions in regards to fulfilling the warranty. I told her we'll see what happens and it's probably going to take a while etc. Because you get so used to subpar service that you don't expect any sense of urgency on the company's part to help you since they have already gotten your money.However this is where this company impressed me edith a simple warranty fulfillment process. I believe it was about 24 hours someone contacted me in regards to the claim. They asked for a picture of the damage and my anson order number which I sent promptly and they responded immediately back by offering to send a replacement free if charge and if I agreed. I did send them my shopping address. I sent the address. And then got another email advising that they would be sending another out "shortly". I was still skeptical of the process even though the entire email exchange had only taken a few days off a little back and forth of information. So when I read the "shortly " I was under the impression that it might take at least a week to recieve, however that was NOT the case at all! It arrived the very next day in the mail. Im sure for those reading your wondering why im raving over what sounds like such a simple task, however it's exactly that, they made thre process simple for us. So shout out to a company who can not only make a product that a preteen wont put down, but also still knows how to take care of their patrons issues promptly and efficiently with little to no effort at all on my part. That's impressive in a world where good customer service often seems dead. So shine on PowerLocus. You have definitely found a loyal customer in us!
