I haven't seen any issues with the touchscreen; Accordingly, all items were included and delivered the next day. A USB-C cable came with the monitor, so I was able to start using it right away. I also connected it to an HP Windows 10 desktop using a USB-A to USB-C cable and the image projected immediately. My Windows desktop is from 2015; However, it allowed me to upgrade it with touchscreen functionality. The touchscreen operation was precise and lag-free. Colors appear more vivid on the monitor without annoying blue light. The adjustable footrest works easily and effortlessly.
