Dustpan feels a bit flimsy at first but when you snap the handle it stands on its own and works well, just don't squeeze it and it stays flat on the floor The broom is nice, the bristles are soft, but it also sweeps up the little bits I always find with other brooms and you don't have to keep moving the dustpan to get that last bit that never wants to go in for so long if You use the dustpan properly for dust and the rubber strip on the front works as intended, an added bonus for me is the comb on the tray part that you can use to clean your brush and it goes right into the tray and see that I have a dog and a cat is good. Oh, and keep it in a pot and upright with a broom. I had it in the garage and the mop was sitting on a pallet and when I picked it up it was out of shape. I was so disappointed but I took it and put it in my usual storage space thinking maybe I could use a heat gun to bring it back but to my surprise when I tried to fix it after a few days it went back to its original shape on, I was so happy 👏👏
