Review on Fiskars Lever Punch XL 100020 by Kelsey Brown

This punch is useless for cardboard. Glossy cardboard - to hell with it! It works with plain paper, but you have to rely heavily on it. And I had to perforate it several times with wax paper to "oil" it. I have a similarly sized Fiskar hole punch and it works great on all types of card stock.
