Let me start by saying I was a bit concerned about the cost of this belt BUT I LOVE its design and was delighted to use this belt. I went up a size as I don't like things constricting my waist and because it has drawstring straps it worked great and was very secure without bouncing or moving. It was incredibly comfortable and I didn't even know I was wearing it, it was on a 7 mile run. Unfortunately the zipper on the phone compartment fell off completely the very first (and only) time I used the strap. I have a Samsung Note 9 with a non-bulky case, it fits perfectly in a bag next to the earphone case, the bag is not crowded, there is enough space. As a result of a broken lightning bolt, my phone fell out of my pocket and floated down the path. Even though I had a screen protector and case on my phone, the screen still cracked. I was so excited about the phone incident that I didn't realize that my Samsung headphone case must have fallen out at the same time - a total loss. Unfortunately, due to the quality of this product, my mileage turned out to be very expensive. one that day. I understand things happen and this might be an isolated case, but my advice is if you decide to wear this belt, make sure the zipper in the phone pocket is fully functional before you go for a run.
