I recently purchased an instant read Inkbird thermometer and found it to be a great buy for the money! It's not the fastest "instant read" out there, but definitely. It's slow! It reaches the temperature in a very quick instant! This thermometer can be easily calibrated. Mine was set up perfectly right out of the box. I tested both in water with crushed ice and in boiling water. In both cases it was excellent. I made big thick grilled pork chops tonight, I used this thermometer to check the temperature for doneness. No complaints at all! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great instant read thermometer at a reasonable price!
