Damaged! I placed an order and the bottles were cut all over. Sent back, ordered 2 more - same part. I made another order with another order because I really love Nalgene bottles and this size is perfect. Just got it and they have the SAME PIECE! Thus, all SIX bottles were damaged. Run from the top on one side, around the bottom, and then up the other side. I contacted support and they asked if I would like a refund or an exchange - there is no guarantee I will receive undamaged bottles. In the photos you can see the real seam of the bottle just below the scratch (above in the blue bottle photo). So disappointed.
