Let's play PS2 games on HDTV without RGB component cables
If you don't have RGB component cables, this product is great for connecting directly to HDMI TVs. The downside, however, is that it delivers RGB 480i, which looks great on a 60-inch 4k TV. This allows you to play videos with a resolution of 720 or 1080, but the quality is not very good. The text is blurry and slightly stretched. Although the sound is great. The first picture is PS2 to HDMI. The second picture is RGB component cables. Switching to 1080p is much worse than 720p
