The screw is loose and not cut.
was damaged I bought this product for work. I used them for the first time today 6/25/21. They seemed full so I thought of undermining them. I did but no results. I asked my boss to do it, but to no avail. I noticed that the screw is missing. Came home, pulled it up, cut it and untied it again. I thought they were beautiful, but they are not very good!
