Zipper also needs to be redesigned

The leather is nice, as is the thick shoulder strap, but I have trouble closing the bag. There is a seam where the top zipper should be and another 1 1/2 inches of material around the perimeter. The zippered leather insert is too small and difficult to grab. Then a real zipper is very difficult to close. I bought this wallet in black and another one in brown. Both have the same problems. Aside from the "zipper issue" it's a good size and roomy.
