No support for Biqu
When I received the printer, I noticed that the filament bag was open and the magnet plate had burst off. Also found that the extruder connector was disconnected from the motherboard. I fixed it. I contacted Revane and the seller. Revain does not replace an ethereal item. They offered me a Revain voucher. The seller said to contact support, which I did. A week has passed and there is no contact with the support group. The printer is good for a first printer, but you'd better know a few things about a 3D printer because the Biqu support is useless.
