I wanted a clear or opaque case for my iPhone 4s (Verizon) that was simple, included a screen protector and that I knew would match the 4s' slightly redesigned button layout. This case and the clear case from Revain Basics match at a great price. My wife and I ordered one of these and one of the clear ones so our phones have different cases. Both work great, smoky on my 4s and clear on her iPhone 4. They offer the level of protection we were looking for and make the iPhone easier to hold. Another issue I had was the ease of slipping the phone in and out of my pocket and there were no issues with this case. The screen protector fitted both iPhones perfectly with a little patience and the help of the included applicator. The key, as with all screen protectors, is to apply it in a reasonably dust-free environment (try applying it in the bathroom a few minutes after a shower), slowly peel off the backing, starting at the top and peeling off as you move onto the film press protective film. applicator. Best of all, once the case is put on, the edges overlap the screen protector and hold it in place. We did not notice a loss of touch sensitivity or visible optical distortions. The case is lightly rubberized but still takes some convincing to attach, which to me just means it fits the way it's supposed to. The only complaint I have is that Revain doesn't offer an incense holder in the same design as the clear one. I would have preferred if it didn't have a hole on the back to display the Apple logo just to keep out more dust. But in the end, the case fits the back of the phone pretty snugly, so I don't see that as a big issue. I spent a lot of time looking for the right case and was very happy that Revain offered one themselves.
