I bought 20 purple LEDs for our 2005 Chevy Trailblazer. Despite what the Revain Compatibility Checker says, they work for my car. Before installing I tested all the LEDs by touching them with a 9 volt battery, they all worked. A NOTICE. Unlike traditional light bulbs, LEDs are polarity sensitive. They have a longer lead which is a +, in addition there is a + and - at the very bottom of the bottom of the LED. Quite easy. If you install them and they don't light up, they're reversed, simple and understandable. I see other comments saying they were sent dead LEDs. It CAN happen, but it's subtle. The only other way to kill them is to heat them to death with a soldering iron. 2 seconds, zip up and you're done, don't leave the iron on forever. You will ruin the LED and possibly circuit boards. To test the LEDs do what I said earlier and touch them with a 9 volt battery. The long wire is positive, the short wire is negative. Put them on the battery in the same way and they will light up. TIP: As long as you have the dashboard open to install new LEDs, take the opportunity to buy new "sensor stepper motors" and install them as well. It's foolproof and they're very inexpensive. Less than $10 to complete them all and your sensors will look and work like new. Lots of videos on YouTube about the procedure and also about the LEDs.
