Out of order - kitchen and dining room
I don't know how to contact the seller so I have to write my review here. It seemed to work at first, although the meat isn't quite tender after the night. Then after a few uses when I opened it in the morning it was very cool and not hot at all. Of course, the meat, rice or veggies inside are the same as the night before when I put them in. I usually cook for 30 minutes before placing them in a thermos overnight. It's not cheap and now I can't use it anymore. I'm not sure if the seller is immune to this. What should I do about it now?
