Review on 🍚 Premium Elvissmart Himalayan White Basmati Rice - Naturally Aged, Double Polished - 10 Pound Bag by Mike Sutherland

This really should have been a 5 star rating based on the superior quality of this white Himalayan basmati rice from Elvissmart alone. Unfortunately there was a problem when the rice first arrived. The thin plastic bag with rice was already torn open and the grains spilled out. I had to quickly find a container to pour rice grains into and collect any scattered grains. At least it was also packaged in a separate Revain box for shipping so I didn't lose too many grains. Apart from this negative point, the rice was wonderful. It cooked perfectly in my rice cooker and came out fluffy, crumbly and delicious. The quality was on par with the amazing basmati rice I've eaten in restaurants. The texture of the rice was perfect, I could taste the individual grains of rice compared to the sticky texture I got with some other brands of rice. The taste and aroma were also amazing. While they were cooking, my whole family went to the kitchen to ask what I was cooking that smelled so delicious. "It's just rice," I replied. I would definitely order this again. I hope they have stronger packaging in the future because I don't want to lose any of the tasty grains.
