I like how quick they respond when there is something wrong with their product or website! They really try hard at making sure everything works correctly before sending it back out for repair/replacement (as opposed from just replacing parts).

The price seems high compared other companies but if your willing then go ahead otherwise save some money elsewhere!! We use this server as our main email service in addition we also have several websites hosted offsite through them so having all those different things working together was very important too us.
