Review on 🔊 Immersive 5.1 Surround Sound System: VIZIO Sound Bar for TV with Wireless Subwoofer and Bluetooth by Monique Johnson

I wanted to like it; I really did. Not me. The FIRST one I got was beaten to hell in the mail. The box was so damaged I wondered if it would work. It was, but it soon became apparent that it was damaged. I contacted Revain and they didn't replace it at first, just refunded it because it wasn't available. I waited a week, it was available so they (Revain) put me in touch with Vizio. Trouble Vizio took it off with me and realized the damage was done and sent me a new one. The new one, while not as badly damaged, still makes that horrible "popping" noise that others have complained about. It sucks. This is bad. It's honestly a great looking system and when it works properly, which it rarely does, it's pretty good. However, I cannot recommend this to anyone. Save some money and buy something better. Next time I will definitely do it. Update #3: DO NOT BUY THIS. I went through 3 of them, all 3 crackled, all 3 delayed. I'm sorry but this is not the product I would recommend. I sent the 3rd back and eventually received a refund. Unfortunately I had to be rude when Revane tried to tell me the return window was closed. Luckily they agreed to refund my money. I will buy another product and I assure you it will not be Vizio.
