They really work: Pore Cleansing Strips
They help remove excess sebum and pus. However, this is not my favorite brand I've tried. The patches are a little smaller than I prefer and don't stick as well as advertised. Some fell off and landed on my pillowcase. However, they are hardly visible on the skin.
