Not durable and not comfortable.
I've had it for about 1.5 years and finally had enough travel experience to know it wasn't worth the money I paid for it. The lining is not strong and now has a hole. It's uncomfortable to carry around when slightly full, and I hurt my neck and shoulders due to the lack of extra supports.
