All rhinestones but some upside down

This was enough for the project I needed it for. They're all rhinestones, but MANY of them face down, making them look like metal spikes. You can take the tweezers and flip them over, or you can just grab some loose tweezers and attach them yourself. I'm not sure how they avoid flipping them for mass produced tapes. From a distance they look nice and shiny, which is what we wanted.
